Working Meeting Between the Management of the National Electricity Market Operator (MEMO) and EVN Macedonia.

The CEO of MEMO, Zoran Gjorgjievski, met with the Chairman of the Management Board of EVN Macedonia, Wolfgang Maier, and Igor Gievski, Member of the Management Board of EVN Macedonia, to discuss opportunities for deepening cooperation between the two institutiоns, as well as the current situation in the energy sector.

The discussion also focused on the importance of integrating renewable energy sources into the electricity market and implementing decarbonization projects to build a reliable electricity sector prepared for the challenges of the green transition.

MEMO’s management expressed gratitude for EVN’s trust in MEMO, particularly regarding their active participation in the Macedonian Power Exchange.
