Today, a working meeting was held at the National Electricity Market Operator MEMO Ltd with representatives from the BSP Energy Exchange LL C management.

The discussions between MEMO’s CEO, Zoran Gjorgjievski, and Anže Predovnik, Executive Director of BSP and the Alpine-Adriatic Danube Power Exchange (ADEX), focused on intensifying cooperation and the importance of adapting European legislation locally to integrate successfully into the single European electricity market.

Additionally, emphasis was placed on BSP’s unwavering support for realizing the project in which MEMO is involved, aimed at market coupling with neighboring power exchanges. This refers to the Southeast Europe Market Coupling (SEE MC) project within the framework of the Italian Borders Working Table (IBWT)—market coupling.

With the support of partners such as EPEX SPOT, BSP Energy Exchange LL C, the Влада на Република Северна Македонија | Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Energy Community, USAID, and other key stakeholders, MEMO Ltd continues to grow into a modern company that provides best practices in electricity trading.
