Electricity market administration service unit
ACTIVITIES:
- Administration of the electricity market with bilateral contracts
- Keeping records of all market participation agreements
- Keeping records of all agreements for the formation of balance groups
- Keeping a register of market participants
Tariff calculation and deviations unit
ACTIVITIES:
- Calculation of BOS imbalances and proposed calculation of the cost of imbalances for each balancing service provider
- Tariff calculation
Market planning unit
ACTIVITIES:
- Preparation of a daily market plan
- Delivery of information to the TSO for preparation of final daily schedules for purchase and sale of electricity

Preferred producers unit
ACTIVITIES:
- Contracts conclusion for purchase and sale of electricity from preferential producers
- Production plan of electricity from renewable sources from preferential producers
- Balance responsibility for the produced electricity from preferential producers
Development and Market Regulation unit
ACTIVITIES:
- Monitoring of the energy regulation in RSM
- Proposals drafting and control of regulation changes in RSM
- Work on internal and international projects for the development of the electricity market in RSM
Organized electricity market unit
ACTIVITIES:
- Management of an organized electricity market in RSM
